Terms
The agreement between you and Sula. Short, because it should be possible to read it.

What Sula is
Sula builds a dashboard from what you describe and keeps it current by reading the accounts you connect. Using it means you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy, which explains what happens to your data and is part of this agreement.
Your account
You need an account, and you are responsible for what happens under it. You must be at least 16. Connect only accounts you own or are authorised to connect — when you connect Gmail or Calendar you are telling us you have the right to let Sula read them.
Your data stays yours
You keep every right you have in your mail, your calendar, and anything you write into Sula. You grant Sula permission to read, process and store that content only to provide the product to you, as described in the privacy policy, and for no other purpose. Sula claims no ownership of it.
What Sula asks of you
Do not use Sula to break the law, to access accounts that are not yours, or to attack the service — no scraping the API beyond normal use, no attempting to reach other people’s data, no probing for weaknesses without asking us first. If you find a security problem, write to privacy@getsula.ai and we will take it seriously.
What Sula does not promise
Sula reads your mail with the help of a language model, and language models make mistakes. Sula is designed so that its failure mode is being out of date rather than being wrong — a value it is unsure of is left alone rather than guessed — and every value links back to the message it came from so you can check it. Even so, do not treat a Sula dashboard as the authoritative record of anything that matters financially, legally or medically. Check the source.
The service is provided as it is, without warranties. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or that it will never lose data. To the extent the law allows, Sula is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Paying, and stopping
Sula is a paid subscription. Plans renew until you cancel, and cancelling stops the next renewal rather than refunding the current period, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
You can stop at any time: disconnect your accounts from the Account tab, or write to privacy@getsula.ai to have everything deleted. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless we are legally unable to.
Changes
If these terms change materially we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Sula after that means you accept the new terms.
